How about a great ketogenic frittata? Vegetables, mushrooms, spinach and green onions combined with creamy goat cheese - all in one pan!

Ingredients

  • 150 g Mushrooms

  • 75 gSpinach

  • 50 g Green onions

  • 50 g Butter

  • 6 pcs Egg

  • 110 g Goat cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • 150 g Leafy greens

  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
